Donation Refund/Cancellation Policy
All donations made to the Lawrenceville Symphony Orchestra (LSO) are considered final and non-refundable. Because donations directly support our musicians, programs, and community outreach, we are unable to provide returns or cancellations once a contribution has been processed.

Fulfillment Policy
Donations made through our website are processed immediately and acknowledged via email confirmation. For physical merchandise (once available), please allow 9 business days for processing and shipping. Pre-orders and special merchandise will note estimated fulfillment timelines on their product pages.
